What We Believe
The statements below are a very basic explanation of what we believe. For a full statement of our beliefs, download the document This We Believe. We encourage you to visit our church, contact our pastor, or check out WhatAboutJesus.com to learn more.
+ All that we teach comes from the Bible.
Deuteronomy 4:2 “Do not add to what I command you and do not subtract from it, but keep the commands of the Lord your God that I give you."
+ God is triune: one God, yet three persons, Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
Matthew 28:19 “Go and make disciples of all nations baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.”
+ Jesus has paid for and forgiven our sins!
Ephesians 1:7 “In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins.”
+ Heaven is ours as a free gift of God's love through the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
John 3:16 “For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.”
+ We have peace through faith in Jesus.
Romans 5:1 “Since we have been justified (declared righteous) through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ!”
+ All scripture is the inspired, inerrant Word of God.
1 Thessalonians 2:13 "When you received the word of God... you did not accept it as the word of men, but as it actually is, the word of God.”
